Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging the services of Isaac Goes Cruising (“Agent,” “we,” or “us”). By requesting a quote or making a booking through Isaac Goes Cruising, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Agency Relationship

Isaac Goes Cruising is an independent travel agent. We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). We are not the supplier of travel services and are not responsible for the acts or omissions of suppliers.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the supplier.
• A deposit is required to confirm most bookings. Amounts and due dates vary by supplier.
• Final payment is due as specified in your booking confirmation. Late payment may result in cancellation.
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change until full payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

• Cancellation and modification policies vary by supplier and will be detailed in your booking confirmation.
• Many bookings are non-refundable or carry penalties after a certain date.
• Changes to confirmed bookings may incur fees from both the supplier and Isaac Goes Cruising.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, interruption, medical, and evacuation coverage. Isaac Goes Cruising is not liable for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring all travelers hold valid passports and required visas for their itinerary.
• Passports must typically be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
• You are responsible for checking health requirements, vaccinations, and entry requirements for all destinations.
• You are responsible for arriving at departure points on time.

6. Pricing & Errors

While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, pricing errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before processing payment if a discrepancy is found.

7. Limitation of Liability

Isaac Goes Cruising’s liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total commissions received by us for that booking. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any loss or additional costs incurred as a result of events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, war, strikes, or supplier insolvency.

9. Complaints

Any complaints about travel services must be directed to the relevant supplier in the first instance. Please also notify us and we will do our best to assist.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or binding arbitration.
